From My Village I See How Much of the Earth Can Be Seen in the Universe
    Terceira Pessoa

This multidisciplinary performance takes place between the vision of a drone and the hands of an embroiderer. During an artistic residency in Braga, the creators lived through a series of experiences with the places and the people who inhabit them, creating a performative artistic object to share these experiences. The people of the city were asked to tell personal and collective memories, using objects, images, stories, moments, letters and postcards as a starting point. These shared memories formed the basis for the dramaturgy and text of this show, as well as its audiovisual component.

Desejar - Movimento de Artes e Lugares Comuns invites people to meet, create, experiment, think and debate about life and the arts. With regular assemblies since 2024, the project challenges citizens and communities to transform individual and collective desires into concrete actions and, from there, build a program that redefines ways of being and doing.

Artistic direction, creation and interpretation Ana Gil and Nuno Leão
