Beatriz Valentim
Assimétrico is a dance duet created by Beatriz Valentim and co-created by Miguel Santos, inspired by the performances of David Byrne (Talking Heads). Conceived as a continuous interplay of rhythm, space, and movement, this show explores the dialogue between music and dance, where bodies are moved by the power of sound, leaving the performers possessed by its power, completely detached from reality. Aimed at teenagers, the project taps into their collective energy and involves local youth through workshops in each city, ensuring that every performance conveys a unique identity.
Supracasa is a program that supports artistic creation in the performing arts, focusing on co-production, artist residencies, and the public presentation of new shows. The program contributes to creating sustainable conditions for the development of contemporary artistic creation.
