Macadame departs from the popular Portuguese universe, which they know well, and interweaves it with electric and electronic sounds, in a contemporary aesthetic. At this moment, Macadame are presenting their third album live. “Auto da Paixão de Mariana” tells the story of the journey of a woman who incarnates life and is born, blossoms, blossoms and matures over four seasons full of feeling. They tell it mixing contemporary instruments, such as the electric guitar and bass, samplers and synthesizers, with traditional instruments: from the viola braguesa and campaniça to the adufe.
