RÉCITA 1º DEZEMBRO

The 1st of December Recital is, par excellence, a
unique moment in the lives of students from Minho. Besides being a moment with
a special character, where the cultural Groups of the University of Minho have
the opportunity to show themselves to the city of Braga, it’s an event with an
enormous symbolic value for the historical importance which it carries. This
night first came about as a tribute to the heroes of 1640, who fought for the
country’s independence. The night is reserved for music, theatricality and
poetry, with the Minho students as the protagonists.
