Faz Cultura collects various types of Personal Data depending on the specific purpose, including the following:

Purposes of data processing:
a) Marketing:
Faz Cultura may use your email address to communicate with you, including:
Sending newsletters about ongoing activities at Faz Cultura;
Promoting discounts or ticket offers for certain events;
Promoting merchandise or other products on sale.

b) CCTV:
All Faz Cultura premises are equipped with a duly signposted video surveillance system. The purpose of image capture is to ensure the safety of people and property. Recordings are stored in secure files with restricted access for up to 30 days.

c) Images/Photography/Video:
All public events organised or hosted by Faz Cultura may be photographed and/or filmed. The purpose of capturing such material is to document the events. These images and/or videos are securely stored in the theatre’s archive. Their publication will only occur with the explicit consent of the data subject.

d) Recruitment:
During recruitment and staff selection processes, Faz Cultura collects and processes candidates’ personal data, including but not limited to information contained in CVs, name, age, gender, photograph, contact details, education, and employment history.

e) Contractual procedures:
Within contractual relationships with suppliers or service providers, Faz Cultura collects personal data to comply with legal obligations under applicable law.

f) Quadrilátero Urbano Network:
Faz Cultura shares personal data of customers holding the membership card with participating entities. Data use complies with the Terms and Conditions of the Quadrilátero Cultural Card and the Information on Personal Data Processing.

You may unsubscribe from newsletters and other communications at any time by using the opt-out options provided.
Except for data processing necessary for the provision of products and services, video surveillance, and recruitment processes (all based on legal obligations), the legal basis for data processing is your consent.
Personal Data collected when you place an order or request a service from Faz Cultura is necessary for contract execution. If you object to such processing, Faz Cultura will not be able to fulfil the contract.

Who are the recipients of your data?

How long do we keep your data?

Retention periods are determined by the criteria below. If several criteria apply, the longer retention period prevails.
a) When purchasing products or services: data will be kept for the duration of the commercial relationship and for up to 2 years after its termination, subject to legal obligations.
b) When contacting us with queries: data will be retained for as long as necessary to resolve your issue.
c) For direct marketing (with consent): data will be kept until you unsubscribe or request deletion.
d) CCTV images: kept for a maximum of 30 days.
e) Recruitment data: retained for up to 2 years from the end of the recruitment process or submission of an unsolicited application.
f) In all other cases: for the period required by applicable law.

If judicial or administrative proceedings are ongoing, data will be retained for the duration of the process and up to six months after a final decision is rendered.
Some data may also be retained as necessary to fulfil legal obligations or to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.
After the retention periods expire, Personal Data will be securely deleted.

Please note that when you disclose Personal Data in Faz Cultura’s public spaces such as Facebook, Twitter, or Instagram, this information may be viewed and used by third parties. Faz Cultura does not read or monitor private communications posted on its clients’ webpages.
